The Pup Prints sells digital PDF sewing and quilt patterns. No physical product will be shipped.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Section 3 - Digital Downloads
All products sold by The Pup Prints are digital PDF files.
After purchase, you will receive access to download your digital pattern. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your download information.
You are responsible for downloading and saving your files after purchase. If you have trouble accessing your file, please contact us with your order information.
Section 4 - Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email or billing information provided at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price listed at the time your order is placed.
Section 5 - Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased.
If you have trouble downloading or accessing your file, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Section 6 - Printing
Some patterns may include printable pages, templates, or pattern pieces.
For best results, print pattern pages at 100% scale. Do not select “fit to page” unless the pattern instructions specifically say to do so.
The Pup Prints is not responsible for printing errors caused by incorrect printer settings, printer limitations, paper size issues, or device settings.
Section 7 - Intellectual Property
All patterns, instructions, templates, photos, graphics, text, logos, designs, and website content are owned by The Pup Prints unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a pattern does not transfer copyright ownership.
You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, upload, reproduce, publish, or claim The Pup Prints patterns or content as your own.
You may not use our patterns, templates, photos, graphics, or written content in classes, workshops, kits, paid tutorials, commercial products, or other business uses without written permission from The Pup Prints.
Section 8 - Finished Items
You may sell small-batch handmade items made from The Pup Prints patterns.
Finished items must be made by you and may not be mass produced. When selling or sharing finished items, please credit The Pup Prints as the pattern designer.
You may not sell, share, copy, redistribute, or reproduce the digital pattern itself.
Section 9 - Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
