Thank you for supporting The Pup Prints. Please read the policies below before purchasing a digital pattern.

Digital Products

All products sold by The Pup Prints are digital PDF patterns. No physical product will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive access to download your PDF pattern. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your download information.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns, all sales are final.

The Pup Prints does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital pattern has been purchased.

If you have trouble accessing your file, please contact me with your order information and I’ll be happy to help.

Download Policy

PDF patterns are delivered digitally after purchase.

Please download and save your files to your device. The Pup Prints is not responsible for lost files after download, but if you have trouble locating or accessing your pattern, you may contact me for help.

Printing Policy

For best results, print all pattern pages at 100% scale. Do not select “fit to page” unless the pattern instructions specifically say to do so.

The Pup Prints is not responsible for printing errors caused by incorrect printer settings.

Pattern Use

All PDF patterns from The Pup Prints are for personal use by the original purchaser.

Patterns may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded online, emailed to others, or claimed as your own.

Patterns may not be used in classes, workshops, kits, or commercial products without written permission from The Pup Prints.

Selling Finished Items

You may sell small-batch handmade items made from The Pup Prints patterns.

Finished items must be made by you and may not be mass produced. When selling or sharing finished items, please credit The Pup Prints as the pattern designer.

Copyright

All patterns, instructions, templates, photos, graphics, and written content are the property of The Pup Prints unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a pattern does not transfer copyright ownership. The pattern itself may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold in any form.
